There are few things as debilitating as constant pain and sleeplessness. These are the two key issues  addressed by Fibromyalgia Massage Therapy. Deep Sleep deprivation aggravates lactic acid build up in  muscles, which causes more pain.

My focus in treatment is to increase relaxation and specific treatment of tender / trigger points.
